Airport Transfers & Pre/Post Conference Tours
ACU has appointed Kuoni Private Safaris, Destination Management as the Official Travel Agent in South Africa in order to assist delegates and visitors with their airport transfers and pre/post conference tour requirements.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Arrival at Cape Town International Airport
Look out for the ACU Conference Counter from which you will be taken to the buses which will transfer you to the Conference Hotels.
Please ensure that you have provided your flight arrival (and departure) details to our partners who are arranging the airport transfers. You can do this, if you have not already done so, by completing the Airport Transfer Form and emailing it to bronwyn.roux@sa.kuoni-dmc.com or by fax to +27 21 528 2299.
Private Transfers by car can also be arranged and paid for directly with Private Safaris using the Airport Transfer Form.
N.B. Shuttle Transfers will be available for delegates arriving on 24th April and departing on 27th and 28th April only.
