Eastern Cape Extension Tour - 2 Days
Arrival Port Elizabeth – Eastern Cape
Day 1
Upon arrival at Port Elizabeth Airport, you will be met by your English-speaking driver who will transfer you to Amakhala Private Game Reserve near the town of Addo.
Please note: Earliest check-in time is 14h00.
Situated at the end of the Garden route, this 7000ha reserve offers malaria free game viewing. Amakhala is named after the Xhosa word meaning Aloes, the prolific indigenous plant found in this uniquely diverse province. Steeped in history and beauty, this 7000-hectare game reserve creates an ideal environment for an unforgettable safari and an intimate experience of the varied landscape, including breathtaking views of the Bushman's River.
Lunch will be served on arrival at the lodge (between 12h30 & 14h00). This afternoon, you will have time to relax around the lodge before meeting in the lounge for afternoon tea and the departure of the evening game activity.
Dinner this evening will be at the lodge.

Day 2
Enjoy an early morning game activity drive followed by a hearty breakfast at the lodge.
The Safari Lodge is secretly hidden up a kloof in the indigenous Valley Bushveld. African tribal design has inspired the creation of this intimate thatched lodge and its unique safari huts, which offer all of the creature comforts of a graded five star lodge. Soak in a luxurious double bath or splash off the dust in an outdoor shower before sharing your day's adventures around the fireside under a canopy of stars.
This afternoon, you will have time to relax before meeting in the lounge for afternoon tea and the departure of the evening game activity.
Dinner this evening will be at the lodge.

Departure
Day 3
After breakfast at the lodge, you will be met by your English-speaking driver who will transfer you back to Port Elizabeth Airport for your onward flight home.
